How to Activate Your Smash License

Step-by-Step License Activation Guide

After purchasing Smash extensions or bundles, follow this guide to activate your license and unlock Pro features.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have:

• Your license key (from purchase confirmation email)
• The email address used for purchase
• Smash License Manager extension installed

Step 1: Install the License Manager

1. Download smash_license.ocmod.zip from your account
2. Go to Extensions > Installer
3. Click Upload and select the file
4. Go to Extensions > Extensions > Modules
5. Find "Smash License Manager" and click Install

Step 2: Open License Manager

1. Click Edit on "Smash License Manager"
2. You'll see the License tab with activation form

Step 3: Enter License Details

1. License Key: Enter your full license key
   • Example: SMASH-BUNDLE-COMPLETE-A1B2C3D4
   • Find this in your purchase confirmation email
2. Email Address: Enter the email used for purchase
   • Must match exactly what was used during checkout

Step 4: Activate

1. Click the green "Activate License" button
2. Wait for verification (usually 1-2 seconds)
3. You should see "License activated successfully!"

Step 5: Verify Activation

After activation, the page will show:

• License status: Active (green)
• Licensed products list
• Expiration date

Troubleshooting

"License key is invalid"

• Check for typos in the license key
• Ensure you're copying the complete key including dashes
• Verify the email matches your purchase

"License already activated"

• Each license is valid for one domain
• Deactivate from the old site first, then activate on new site
• Contact support if you need to transfer

"Connection error"

• Check your server can make outbound HTTPS connections
• Verify firewall isn't blocking api.smashnbuy.com
• Try again in a few minutes

After Activation

Pro features are automatically unlocked in all licensed extensions. You don't need to do anything else - just use the extensions!
